What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our secure Shopify checkout. All transactions are encrypted to keep your information safe.
Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery, so changes or cancellations may not always be possible. If you need to make a change, email us immediately at rob@ghostanddarkness.com, and we’ll do our best to help before your order ships.
Why was my order declined or flagged?
For your protection, Shopify may flag or cancel transactions if billing or shipping information doesn’t match, or if unusual activity is detected. Please double-check your payment details or contact your card provider if this happens.
Shipping & Returns
How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days before shipping. You’ll receive tracking information by email once your order is on its way. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees charged by their government. Delivery may take up to 3 weeks depending on your country and carrier.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Free shipping offers (if available) will automatically apply at checkout. Please note that all free options ship via the cheapest available carrier.
What should I do if my package is marked “Delivered” but I haven’t received it?
First, double-check your address and check with neighbors or household members. If still missing, contact your local post office with your tracking number — they can often locate GPS delivery data. Once an item is scanned as delivered, Ghost & Darkness is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
